Question about $1000 gaming setup

I was wondering on this setup, Is there a difference between this GPU and sapphires 7870 Ghz overclocked edition, and this motherboard and Gigabyte Intel Z68 ATX DDR3 2133 LGA 1155? I am asking because this GPU is unavailable on amazon and the motherboard isn't prime eligible on amazon.

the sapphire hd 7870 ghz edition is oced by default and has high overclock headroom. it will be cool even at 100% load. the sapphire one is better than xfx one.

for the motherboard i would suggest asrock z68 pro 3 gen3.

Can you explain why you would switch?
And is the overclocked version worth it?

the oced version gives better performance out of the gpu. the dual fans also keep the gpu quiet and cool.

the pro3 uses gold capacitors and quality components like the asus rog series. it is worth buying. also it oc better
