Corsair dust proofing any good?

My room is extremely dusty. even though Corsair provides dust guards with the vents, they still keep the side and back vents without dust guards! So is it any good?

If you keep your case positively pressured (more air forced in then pulled out) the air will go out those places so that no dust will come in, but really, it isnt a big deal.
