Solution

Even if I get the DVD/CD, I still download the latest version anyway.

Unless I need to burn or read my burned disc, I don't use it.

:D

U can definitely use this one -> ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 -> ... Latest Z77...

I just build PC with this mobo and I like the BIOS, its looks like this.

Works as expected @ 4.4GHz

That is a great mobo choice for the CPU. It has good power design for OC.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX

Since u have great CPU for overclocking, than you would benefit from a this mobo as it have 8+4 power phases and its suited for OC better than the mATX sized mobo.

That website doesn't have that many choices, so if the price is the factor,

that Gigabyte mobo will have to do : )

ok thanks alot Nikorr and amuffin
there is a confusion ... my cpu supports DDR3-1066/1333 as per this link http://ark.intel.com/products/52210/Intel-Core-i5-2500K-Processor-(6M-Cache-up-to-3_70-GHz)

but this GA-Z77P-D3 mobo support for DDR3 2400(OC)/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules

which memory should choose so that i can overclock my pc in future?
