I have an i5 2400 "overclocked" to 3.6ghz from 3.1, 3.8 on 1 core and 3.6 on all cores and in idle AIDA64 tells me it's about 0.96-1 but during load it's 1.3-1.33 which from what I know is pretty overkill for my current GHz. I set it at 1.18 in BIOS and it works but in windows I see that during load it jumps higher to 1.3+, what could cause this? could turbo do this? or EIST, intel thermal management and etc? I also disabled pll overvoltage and load line calibration. Ram is at 1.64v and VTT is at 1.16 since I heard it has to be within 0.5v of the ram voltage so there aren't any problems.
