Cicero Pioneer DVD 16X

I'm looking at a product called a "Cicero Pioneer DVD 16X". Anyone ever heard of this? It's for sale at Future Shop (Canada).

Is it a Pioneer drive under a different name or a Cicero drive using Pioneer in the title for some odd reason?

I've actually been wondering about that when looking at multiple Cicero "multi-brand" products. I'm not sure, so don't quote me on this, but I think that it's an OEM Pioneer and Cicero packaged it for retail sale. Not 100% sure of this hypothesis.
