3-4 Year Build Upgrade, Please Help!

Hi there, I purchased my custom built PC about 3-4 years ago and would like some opinions and suggestions as too what I should upgrade. I spend 90% of the time gaming with my PC at 1920x1080 resolution and I have only just started a little bit of Video Editing.

My Build:

Case - Thermaltake Armour + Full Tower

CPU - Intel Core I7 920 Stock 2.66GHZ, dummy overclocked too 3.2GHZ

Motherboard - EVGA X58 3X SLI

RAM - 6GB Corsair Dominator 1600 MHZ

GPU - 2x BFG OC+ Nvidia GTX 285 in SLI

CPU Cooler - Noctua NHU-12P

PSU - Corsair HX1000


I left out the HDD and the Media Drive because ill be keeping them for sure. The HX1000 is still an amazing power supply and I see no need to changing it either.

The only thing I can see that is worth upgrading is the GPU - it is big time old. You can get a GTX 680 or a Radeon 7970 without any problems.
