PCIe Slot not populated. (after having been working)

So I was playing magicka, when suddenly my screen goes black, and my gpu starts making a louder noise than normal.
I try restart, but no signal is output from the video card, so i changed the monitor to the port from my Mobo, and see in the bios settings that it cant see anything in the PCIe slot.

When i start my pc, the Video Card's fan starts working at full speed.

My psu is a 500w Corsair, 80+ bronze rating
card exactly is a powercolor HD 6870
