400W power supply runs GTS450?

Can this psu safely run GTS450?Or should I go for Hd 6670 to be sure?

A system with a single GTS450 requires a 450W PSu with at least 25A on the 12V rails and one 75W 6-pin PCIe power connector. Total amperage on the 12V rail is more important than the wattage ratng of the PSU because the primary power draw in modern PCs is generated by the CPU/GPU on the 12V rails. The Highpower HPC-400-H12S 400W PSU has 25A on the 12V rails and one 6-pin PCie power connector; it is sufficient for an upgrade to a GTS 450.

It depends on what components you want to use other than vga, search for a psu calculator and it will give you the total amount of power you need.
