About the PSU, even a good 400W PSU will run that setup, because the GPU only consumes around 120W. The rest of the PC, barely 100W. The Antec VP450 happens to be a quality PSU that's also really cheap. If you really want more, get something like a Corsair CX500. But you wouldn't need to.

But, swap the CPU for the i5 2500K, and the mobo for the ASRock Extreme3 Gen3. Also, swap the GPU for the 560Ti. Also, get the HYper 212 EVO cooler.
