I've been closing down tightly these past few weeks deciding which components i would get for my gaming pc. This Pc is not supposed to be a total "kick ass" gaming Pc but i do want it to be caoable if not more then capable of running the games i want it to.

This Pc will only ever be running on one monitor mainly because i do not like more than one monitor setups. And runnuning on 1080p on a 22 inch screen.

Will this setup be able to run skyrim and battlefield 3 on 1080p? if not on what settings will it run smoothly? under what settings?

Thanks!!!!!!!!

you cpu sucks(no offence :) ).aim for a 2100 or 2120 i3.it's way better.change gpu to 6850,it's a newer card for similar price.i think you can get a better card for $150-

xfx dd 6870.it has great cooling and overclocking potential.definitely better than 460.you can save some bucks by getting home premium,a quality 550w is enough for single 6870.xfx pro 550w is a good choice.also if you are not gonna oc or sli then get pro3/gen3.i hope you have a good case.

Which is precisely why you should fill out the new build form in the new build section so we know what your intentions are.......nobody here is a mindreader that I know of. Without knowing your intentions, all your going to get on here is people asking you questions and giving you irrelevent suggestions.

You don't need a Z68 to update the processor, you could use H61/H67/P67/Z68, all are s1155.

The Pentium is a good gaming processor, almost as good as the i3, but not quite. The Pentium is faster in gaming than the FX4100, 6100 and 8120. However it lacks hyperthreading which will make it significantly faster in other applications.
