Hdmi connect to tv from laptop without any of icon

Hi .

I try to connect HDMI to TV , and I can see my background picture , but without any icon ???

That is because the Mode of Connectivity is "Extend Desktop" if you want the same things like your desktop to show up on the TV too, then, you need to configure the mode to "Mirror Desktop"
You can find the settings in the Desktop Personalization or if you're using a Laptop, you need to press the Function and F5 key to get the OSD and select "Duplicate Desktop or mirror Desktop".
