Media center PC Grahics Card

Hello,
Can some one recommend a grphics card for my media center PC. I would like to replace my 9800xt with a card that has hdmi and dvi and maybe 7.1 audio out. Low cost. will only be playing MKV files and some youtube streaming. Driving a 65" panasonic 3D plasma.

What is your budget and the specs for your media center PC. Be sure to include the make/model number of the power supply. Also, do you want the ability to support 3D with the GPU?

I settled on the Radeon HD 6450. Got it for $44 and it works great. Thanks for your response.
