How to know ny graphic accelerator

Hello,
i just bought a second hand pc ...i dont really know about them either....the question is how can i know what is the model of my intel graphic accelerator and can they run games ???

Short answer, no it can't run games.

Long answer, it can run games on ultra low settings at low resolution. If you right click the desktop screen a popup with the menu "Graphic Settings" or something like that should come up and bring up the Intel driver menu when clicked. Then go to a tab that says something like System Info or the like, it should tell you which one you have in the menu. Common ones are HD Graphics, GMA X4500, and GMA 3100.
