Can this computer play BF3

I was going to build a PC and get parts from newegg but, my dad doesn't trust this and won't let me. I was thinking of replacing the dual 6850 with a single GTX 580 SC or a GTX 680, would this boost preformance?

Yeah seems good

I'm not sure about performance and stuff, but I don't think it would be really worth swapping out stuff in a pre-built unless you sell the thing you're swapping out for sure.

I'm not really an expert here, but the more opinions the better.

What doesn't your dad trust about newegg? At what resolution do you want to play the game? 1920 x 1080?
