When extract from winrar cpu use 100 and shutdown

Dear Sir,

I have
AMD ATHLON4000+ X2 PROCESSOR
3GB 800MHZ RAM
ASUS M2N68-LA MOTHER BOARD
HDD 320 GB
Nvdia 9500gt Grapics card

My Pc is 4 year old but never show this kind of problem.Early days i have Extract a Iso image by winrar but now a days when i am going to Extract any Iso my machine got full Shut Down.Also when any games run same problem happen.Cpu use catch in Task Maneger 100%.Then Shut down.I could not under stand what is the problem.

1>Thats why i have change my SMPS
2>Upgrade Ram 2gb ----3gb
3>Enough Hdd space
4>Change the Cpu Gel if Over Heating.


But Problem Not Solved.
Plese help sir.

Looks like your processor is overheating and entering into a thermal shutdown.

Use Coretemp to see what your CPU's temperature is , download form here,

Better remove the heatsink and fan, clean it, and make sure you install it again PROPERLY
