Can't decide between two systems

With only $400 to spend on my new build I have come up with two options. I'm looking for best WoW and Rift usage.

---Build 1---
MOBO--ASRock 970 Extreme3 Socket AM3+ 970 ATX
CPU--AMD FX 4100 Black Edition 3.6GHz Quad-Core
RAM--Crucial 8GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9
GPU--Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7750 1024MB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0
Case--Diablotek Elite Mid Tower ATX Computer Case with 450 Watt Power Supply

---Build 2---
MOBO--Gigabyte GA-A75M-D2H Socket FM1 A75 mATX
APU--AMD A8 X4 3870K Black Edition 3GHz Quad Core
RAM--Crucial 8GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9
GPU--Diamond AMD Radeon HD 6570 2048MB GDDR3 PCIe 2.1
Case--Diablotek Elite Mid Tower ATX Computer Case with 450 Watt Power Supply

They both cost about $400 through

:D If anyone can build one better I'm all for that. :D

Build 1 definitely, with amd's bulldozer and the new 7000 card you will get the most bang for your buck. I would recommend the HAF 912 case over what you have selected. hope this helps. Everything in your system looks like it will work together so your good to go.
  2. With that case I can only get Diablotek EL Series 400W ATX Power Supply. Is this a good psu?
  3. No, it isn't. You don't want to go cheap on the PSU.
  4. yeah yo want to stick with antec seasonic or corsair in terms of a psu and definatley build 1
  5. I did some looking around and decided on

Thermaltake Commander Mid Tower ATX with OCZ Technology PowerStream 520 Watt that puts me at $405 with tax
  6. If I could budget in an Antec, Seasonic or corsair PSU I would but with a $400 budget I don't want to have to downgrade anything else.
  7. still though ocz is middle of the road see if you can get a better one
  8. I could do Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500 Watt or Inland Gold Series ILG-500-2 500 Watt if I get Thermaltake V3 Black Edition ATX Mid Tower
  9. thats better go with the cooler master
  10. So after looking around a bit I might change my GPU

    Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7750 1024MB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 <----Original choice O.C. 880MHz 512 stream processors

    XFX Radeon HD 6770 1024MB GDDR5 PCIe 2.1<----No O.C. 850MHz 720 stream processors

    Evga GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1024MB GDDR5 PCIe 2.0<----No O.C. 951MHz 192 Cuda cores
  11. Get an i3. Will beat either of them.
