I am building a computer with my friend, and I am a little bit of a n00b(only built a computer once before).

Here is the link to the spreadsheet with parts on it.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhZVy_6eOrOEdFRaQU1zSkc1U3pBc1c5NlFlbno3T3c

Budget: $2000.

Any advice/no-nos?

Should I get an extra heatsink for such a high build?

Really any suggestions in general would help.

**Okay, update time**

I made a couple changes, what do you think?

The 3700K was way too expensive.
I think we're going to go with both types of drives (people do that right?).
I basically just changed most of our parts to the recommended things.

This good?

You only need 8 gb of RAM
The CPU is way overpriced, get a 2500k, best price/performance ratio
Instead of a p8p67, make it a p8z68 by ASUS
GPU is good, but don't get a refurbished one
Make your PSU this one:

Get an IPS monitor like this one:

If you want to OC, get a Corsair H80
The best Mouse is a RAT 5
THe hard drive is the wrong type, get this one:

Thanks so much.

I was gonna get a normal HD, but then I thought maybe I should just get an SSD. The prices are ridiculous because if the flood in Thailand. I thought I would just wait until prices went down again. Can my friend survive on am SSD until then?
