[Solved] I7 950 only showing 2 cores ?

hi.i have a core i7 950 with 4 cores 8 threads.last night i was working with my pc and immediatly it turns of and restart and in post page saysverclock failed and ask me to press f1 to see the bios set up after that in taskmanager i see only 4 cpus but before it was 8.in device manager i see 8 cpus.in system information it says 2 cores .i didnt overclock i just put ram frequency 1600 because my system only shows 1066 by default.dose my cores burned?

mind showing screens? also include the other parts status. fow now this seems weird. unless you did something to turn them off or something along the line
