Cpuz not working right?

Hello, I can't get cpuz to correctly identify my cpus core speed or bus. Cool and quiet have been disabled via the bios. windows power management is set as home office/desktop with all options set to never. Fresh install of xp. Any ideas? Running prime 95

cpu=x4 975be
mobo=foxconn a7gms
mem=CORSAIR XMS2 800mhz ddr2
bios=799F1P15
psu=antec 550
OS= Xp sp3
