Suggestions/Advice please ?

Im about to pull the trigger on these parts and im looking for advice/suggestions, or general help with parts that may be better. Its going to be overclocked and for gaming.

Power Supply: Corsair TX750 M.
Motherboard: ASRock z68 extreme3 gen3.
CPU: Intel i5 2500k.
CPU Cooling: Noctua NH D14.
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2X4GB).
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM, + OCZ Agility 3 60GB SSD.
GPU: ASUS GTX560Ti DirectCUii 1GB TOP.
Case: HAF 932 Advanced.
OP SYSTEM: WIN 7 HP 64bit.

P.S, this is my budget absolutly maxed.

If I was you, I would probably try and spend less on the CASE and CPU COOLER as these don't really affect performance all that much (yes I know the cooler will allow high over-clocks blah blah blah, but so will a much cheaper budget cooler for like $25), and try to squeeze in a higher tier graphics card which actually WILL yield more performance.

ok, thanks for the help ,

this is what ill do, put back in the ssd. Keep the HD7850 but downgrade the case to afford the SSD and new card. Sorry but i really wanna keep the cpu cooler as i plan to OC the nuts out of the i5 2500k and the noctua is the best cooler without going into proper watercooling.
what you think now?
