Suggestions/Advice please ?

Im about to pull the trigger on these parts and im looking for advice/suggestions, or general help with parts that may be better. Its going to be overclocked and for gaming.

Power Supply: Corsair TX750 M.
Motherboard: ASRock z68 extreme3 gen3.
CPU: Intel i5 2500k.
CPU Cooling: Noctua NH D14.
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2X4GB).
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM, + OCZ Agility 3 60GB SSD.
GPU: ASUS GTX560Ti DirectCUii 1GB TOP.
Case: HAF 932 Advanced.
OP SYSTEM: WIN 7 HP 64bit.

P.S, this is my budget absolutly maxed.

Ive taken out The SSD and the Asus GTX560 ti and replaced them with a Asus HD7850

Dont replace anything. My advice, get it ASAP and play right now!

If I was you, I would probably try and spend less on the CASE and CPU COOLER as these don't really affect performance all that much (yes I know the cooler will allow high over-clocks blah blah blah, but so will a much cheaper budget cooler for like $25), and try to squeeze in a higher tier graphics card which actually WILL yield more performance.

ok, thanks for the help ,

this is what ill do, put back in the ssd. Keep the HD7850 but downgrade the case to afford the SSD and new card. Sorry but i really wanna keep the cpu cooler as i plan to OC the nuts out of the i5 2500k and the noctua is the best cooler without going into proper watercooling.
what you think now?

AMD GPUs have buggy drivers. This is common knowledge among long time users.

Suggestion for an nvidia card with same performance for the same price maybe then?
