Hello,
i want to buy a best 3d supported graphics card for my pc.upto Rs 10,000.
But my problem is that i have unknowningly bought a psu which later on i found is not good..
As i cant change my psu so plz suggest me a g.c. Which can be handled by my Psu-cm 550 extreme power.

For that price range you will be looking at a Radeon 6850, for which there is currently no better Nvidia alternative for the same price point.

This HD 6850 Rs. 9904, right at your budget and will give much better performance.

I may not be from India but no matter what country you are in the GTX 550 Ti is not the card to buy. the 6850 is a much better card than the 550. If I was you I would look at the 560 ti or the 6870 or 6950. the 6870 being cheaper.

The GTX 550 Ti are a very weak card and you will not be happy with them I know because I use two of them everyday and they just don't put out. You pay to much money for them and don't get anything is return/

the 6850 is a much better card than the 550.

I'm also fully aware of that. For HD6850 500 Watt or greater power supply is recommended.
For 550ti Minimum System Power Requirement (W) is 400 W as stated in respective sites.

That's why I want to keep the graphics power reqirement as low as possible with moderate performance.

The 5xxx series didnt support tesselation well, but the 6xxx series show marginal improvements towards tesselation support.
The 6770 is just a rebadged 5770 so that might still apply to that card
