Antec neo 520w vs rosewill green 630w ?

Which would be best for my rig, i've narrowed my choices down to these two psus, but confuesed a bit. Would take the antec but not sure if its enough.

Here are my pc specs

Athlon x3 450 @3.2ghz
Geforce 9800gx2 pny
4gb ddr3 1333
5 blue led 120mm fans

I know rosewills are junk, but their green series have gotten some pretty good reviews.

Both are single rail psu with antec being @40amps and rosewill @50a.

Please help, which would you choose?

  1. Only a $4 gap between the two, with antec being cheaper. They are both 80+ rating .
