Need Help !!

You need to post your system info and describe the issues here. Many will not follow a blind link to anywhere.

If it will power up and you see the command to enter setup but nothing happens when you hit the key, the most obvious answer would be to try a different keyboard. Is your keyboard USB or PS2? Do you have another you can try?

Also, try another USB port.
