Getting a new cpu should i replace my LCD monitor ?

i am building a new cpu but i am not sure if i should get a new monitor or not. my monitor is a AOC 4 year old 19 inch wide screen with max resolution of 1440 X 900. the monitor is just like a new one, no dim light or any other problem.what do you guys think ? should i replace it or get keep it ?

It really does depend on the cpu you're building and the use(s) it's being built for. As sharkbyte151 says, if you building it for gaming or autocad and rendering you will want something with much better resolution. If you're building a gaming RIG with multiple cards or one of the EYEFINITY cards from AMD then starting with a single monitor and building to the 2nd and 3rd monitors. All that aside, nothing wrong with wanting the best viewing available. If you got the money??? get the better monitor. (my opinion)
