Cant play street fighter 4 with optimus enabled.

i have an eee pc 1015pn w/intel atom n570 and nvidia ion,
when i try to play street fighter with nvidia optimus enabled it give me an eror "failed creating the direct3d device".
however when i switch optimus off and use only the ion chip it works fine (if fine means a little laggy but playable lol, but thats the most your gonna expect from a netbook.), I want to know what is causing this and HOW TO FIX IT as i use my netbook on the go alot and optimus helps get just that little bit extra out of my battery without having to restart my netbook due to a manual graphics switch.
any help will be much appreciated, many thanks in advance.

I tried everything you mentioned but still no luck, i guess im gonna have to keep manual switching every time i want to own that fat "rufus" while on the train.
