Can i run GeForce GT 520 or similar?

Hello guys firstly im new here! and I would like to know if its possible to run GeForce GT 520 on a 220w or if there are similar cards i can run better or can run smoothly please state (Low-Profile ones). I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s5206uk.

Although you could probably handle an HD 5670 or 6670, which would be a superior experience. Since its an OEM power supply, it is probably pretty weak and its not advisable to run it at max output.

I would give some consideration to getting a new power supply.

The GT 220 will run on your existing power supply. Since you do not say what game you are playing or at what resolution or what the rest of your system specs are it is hard to say what, if anything will run smoothly.

I will be playing a bit of Modern Warfare 2.

I guess I have a crappy pc.

Overall your PC could be worse. That GT 220 is not going to be great but it will be a pretty big step up from the integrated graphics you have now.
