Might as well wait until Ivy Bridge is released (new Intel CPU's), and see what kind of goodies they bring!

The build you choose is very good that just

a 750w psu is overkill for single gtx 680 but cannot provide enough juice for 2 gtx 680 for that 850w or more is needed.

For 2 gtx 680 the psu is pc power and cooling silencer mkii 950w 80+ silver.

If not gonna sli then a 550w psu is sufficient.
