Hey guys!

I was searching on google for some trusted site's that sell pre-builded computers.
And i found a very nice cheap computer

What do you think about it?

CPU : AMD FX-4100 QUAD CORE X4 4 x 3.6Ghz

GPU : RADEON 6850

PSU : 750 watt

RAM : 8GB CORSAIR

Motherboard : Asrock 970 Extreme3

And windows 7 included a 500gb hdd, and the case etc.

It cost 635 euro's.
Is it a nice gaming pc to max out world of warcraft and play Guild wars 2 on high settings?
Thanks guys!

I know that the intel cpu's are better, but amd is cheaper :)

I think you could get windows 7 hp in that too.

I3 2100 is faster than fx 8100 and fx 4100 @ 4.5 ghz. also it is faster than any amd cpu for lesser price and eats less power.

I would get the 4170 because while the i3 will have a little edge gaming wise the 4170 will perform on everything not gaming.

According to passmark the fx 4170 scored a 4705 while intel i3 2120 scored 4198 which is consistent with most findings, the 4170 is better at non gaming tasks especially since its quad core. http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html
Also if you look at the Tom's gaming cpu heirarchy http://m.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html the 2120 is only 1 spot ahead of the 4170 and one spot means a small performance edge, and combine that with the fact that the 4170 is better at non gaming tasks the 4170 is the WINNER!

Do not use Passmark for benchies! It's not accurate at all. Read up some benchies from reputable tech sites such as Tomshardware, Anandtech, TechPowerUp and others. Gaming wise, i3>FX processors.
