CPU NOT WORK

Hi,
the desktop hp pavilion slimline stopped working, the power light on. I opened the case I found a lot of dust , tried to clean what could. I start the computer , the cpu fan works for few seconds and stop as well as the other fan. but the power fan is keep running.

does any one know what is the problem?

Try removing the motherboard battery for 30sec with power off to reset BIOS to defaults.
