Thanks for your input!, but with the ram you suggested, will it fit onto the ASRock Z77 PRO4-M Motherboard or should i get the ASRock Z77 PRO3 Motherboard?

Because i am on a tight budget, ill swap my psu for the high current gamer edition,

i dont need a DVDRW, already got one,

I do NOT plan on the IVY BRIDGE, because i am already heaps over my budget and just cannot afford it.

You don't want that psu. It's manufactured by CWT for Corsair and it's not one to be recommended. Looking at your timeline when you plan on purchasing and what you plan on using your pc for, I would look at an Ivy Bridge build with a new generation vid card like that 7850 I posted up above.

Ivy Bridge is the same price as Sandy Bridge, so no worries there. Look at the links I posted on my first post on here. And yes that RAM will work just fine with any 1155 board.

If i dont go with IVY Bridge, will the ASRock Z77 PRO4-M Motherboard or ASRock Z77 PRO3 Motherboard be alright for a Intel core i5 2500k?
And is the Sapphire Radeon HD7850 2GB OC better than The ASUS GeForce GTX 560Ti DirectCU II TOP 1GB ?

There's a review down below, but I know AMD put out new drivers for those cards since that review. With the SB cpu working in a Z77 board...I'm not sure. I know a Ivy Bridge cpu will work in a 1155 board with np, so I don't see why a SB cpu wouldn't work in a Z77 board. Seeing how both cpu's are priced the same I don't see any reason to get the SB cpu which is out performed by the IB cpu.

What do you think would be the best motherboard, (under $150 on pccasegear.com) that can upgrade from an i5 2500k to a IVY bridge in a couple of years and maybe sli a gtx560ti ?
