GFX upgrade

I have a Latitude E6500 with the Nvidia Quadro NVS 160M and I'm wondering if its even possible to upgrade to a more powerful GFX card?

What is your budget?

What is the make/model of your PSU?

Is this upgrade for games or what?Please describe your usage.

Afraid not as far as i've read.

If it is a laptop, then no.

you can find useful MXM to upgrade it,but not easy to find.
or buy ViDock to install desktop VGA.
