240watt Low Profile With HDMI

I'm searching for a graphics card or something similar with HDMI, my biggest promblem is lack of wattage. All we want to do is watch movies, HDMI cable to TV.
We have 2 PCI, 1 PCI-e x16 & PCI-e x1. Our PSU is ony 240w and to my knowledge it cannot be changed for it is in a HP DX7300 mini tower. Unless one of you can save me with a link for something larger. I did stumble across a 365w which claim to fit my pc but i can't see by the shape that it would.

Trying to keep this on a low budget.

you can buy GT 520 OC or 6450 OC.

But in there it says audio/video does that mean one or the other or both?

Guys all these cards need way more watage than ive got or will they still function

no the 6450 will work with your 240w psu mp problem.

that card is a sound card and you will need another card to use for video, it can however give you video if you have another card through the hdmi on that one.
