What's up home skillets?

Okay so I'm looking to get a new graphics card since it's tax refund time and I'm completely freakin' stumped. I'm rockin' a basic nothing special, save some money onboard ATI Radeon HD 4200. Yeah, I know i'm cheap. It happens. The primary use of wanting to upgrade my graphics card will be for gaming, the main games I'm aiming for would be BF3, SWTOR, Civ 5 etc. Not a huge concern of being able to have the video settings maxed out the butthole, but a good continuous frame rate would be preferred.
My budget, I'd like to stay under about $225 total.

My current setup:
AMD Phenom II X4 960T Zosma 3.0GHz
GIGABYTE GA-MA785GMT-UD2H
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 12GB DDR3 1066
Corsair 650W PSU
And windows 7 home premium

Best solution

a c 84 U Graphics card
