yea it's there in the cpu support list.
edit 1: wait... do you mean that your cpu is none of the three listed x4 945?
AM3 Phenom II X4 HDX945WFK4DGM 95W Deneb 3000MHz 2000MHz 512KB x4 6MB C3 All
AM3 Phenom II X4 HDX945WFK4DGI 95W Deneb 3000MHz 2000MHz 512KB x4 6MB C2 All
AM3 Phenom II X4 HDX945FBK4DGI 125W Deneb 3000MHz 2000MHz 512KB x4 6MB C2 All
edit2: you can crosscheck your cpus model number with asrock's cpu support list with amd's site. you can also try contacting asrock directly.

Socket AM3+ supports all Socket AM3 processors. All Phenom II X4 Deneb-based chips have the same pin layout, architecture, and binning (as far as I can tell). The only difference being clock speed. Meaning if a 965 works, a 945 should work too.

Your 945 should work, unless it's broken.
