After exaustive research and stuff, I found what appears to be the perfect cart.

Will be used ONLYfor gaming on MAXsettings. Games will be BF3 and Saints Row TT(mostly)

Im gonna OC to 4.1 Ghz

This is only like $1500-$1600, my budget is $1800

I already have a mouse, keyboard, and speakers.

HITACHI 750GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
Dell UltraSharp Black 21.5" 8ms Widescreen LCD IPS Panel Monitor with LED

ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 LGA
Corsair TX750 V2 &50w pSU
Corsair 8 gb 1600 RAM

I'd ditch both of these - if gaming is your primary focus you don't need the 2700K. Go with the i5-2500K and invest that difference in your GPU - I can't stress enough the importance of having a good GPU. It can often make or break the performance of a build especially if you're running at 1080p or more.

As far as the RAM and cooler - I'm not a fan of liquid cooling by any means - a closed block like an H100 or an H80 is somewhat safer than a full-out custom loop but it's too much risk for not a lot of payoff. For cooler if you're gonna go with a solid air block go with something like a Noctua D14 or the NH-U9B - that will be way safer than an H60 will.

If you wanted to get some good Corsair products - invest in one of their cases - I own the Graphite 600T and it's great, and I will usually recommend the Carbide 400R and 500R without question.

Hitachi HDs are terrible - you should look at getting something from Western Digital or Seagate.

If you're gonna pay for 570TI - if you take my advice you'll be able to upgrade to a 680 or a 7950, again I cannot stress enough the importance of the GPU - after the PSU it's the most important part of any build.
