New system build has problem restart

Hello every one
I finish build my new computer system.
system information:

Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V-Pro-Gen3 Bios ver3202

Mem: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9Q-16GBRL

Power Supply: OCZ ZX series 850W Gold

Hard Drive : SSD 320 Series 160G (OS drive)
WD 1T black (Data Drive)
Optical Drive: LG dvd drive

CPU: I5-2500K
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus.


Video Card: XFX HD 6870 with the latest Diver.

No bios config all set at default

Last week durring the photo edit with lightroom4 my system auto restart with the error blue screen.
I try to update to the latest video driver.
today I turn on my system let it seat there for 4 hours. system restart again after 4hrs.

Do I need to setup any thing in the bios?

Please help

Try to run with 2 sticks of memory and do a stress test.

I did run Prime95 over 1hrs with 4 sticks memory, no problem at all.
CPU tempeture up to 48c
