Computer Restarts - CPU or GPU

I have played WoW for a little over a year and have had no issues but when playing Diablo3 and DayZ -- my computer would restart when loading the game or like 3-4 minutes into the game. Below is my system infrormation.

Any help on what I need to do or replace would be helpful!

My GPU usually runs about 40-52 degrees.
CPU is usually around 58+ and sometimes reaches high 60's when gaming.
