Hey guys, I have a smaller case that I actually like BECAUSE it's small. I have a small room and the case fits under the side of my computer desk perfectly, and my temps are fine. I am however thinking about painting the interior black because I think it would look better.

Here is a picture.

What type of paint should I be looking at for this? Any special qualities that could affect temp or anything?

Also I might be cutting some holes in the back panel and filing it down for cable management as well as installing a few more fans.
Any leads as to what type of blade or bit would make the job clean and easy?

I have done some case mods and the tool that is the absolute best at doing case mods is the Dremel tool. If you don't have one then a jig saw with a metal blade and a round file would do.
Spray paint is what you would be using and you don't need special paint , but I have seen case paint jobs done with auto paint and you can use a clear cover paint to help protect it. This site has some paint to use if you want.

If you don't want to paint you can also use vinyl and I actually used this vinyl on the outside of the case and it looks pretty good.

There is also this site that has different choices of vinyl film.

As far as painting it black , it would make the inside dark and hard to see unless you put some lights , different colors would look good like red or blue of another color.
