Hello,
Recently, for my PC build I bought Samsung S27A750D monitor and I am preparing to hook it up with Asus gtx 560ti 448 via display port. However, if I in the future get the MSI GTX 560TI 448 will I be able to hook it up with Asus gtx 560ti 448 in sli? But msi keep in the upper PCIE slot and asus below it however using the Asus one to connect with Samsung monitor. My motherboard is P8Z68v-pro. Sorry for my confusing question.

Thanks.

Keep in mind that the 448 edition is kinda limited ... they will keep selling them until they run out of stock. Meaning that you may be unable to find one to sli with your existing in the future.

In an SLI setup your monitor has to be plugged into the primary graphics card, the outputs on the 2nd card are disabled except to drive a 3rd screen in surround mode.
