Well i got a full atx case and i want to buy a micro atx board.. so i hope it lines up where the screws are

The ATX form factor has three rows of two screws each. The 2nd row (mid-board) corresponds to the micro-ATX form factor's bottom edge mounting holes. Some ATX boards may have an additional hole or two near the IO-plate area and the two locations for those holes are the same across all ATX form factors.
