Computer shutting down randomly...

I have this weird issue where my PC will just shut down randomly all of a sudden. All my temps in Speedfan seem pretty cool <45 Degree C on everything. Nothing in my system is overclocked. Hardware is as follows:

XFX 780i Mothebroard
4GB Ram
Corsair 500 W Mobo:
Antec 900 Case:
3 7200 RPM Hard Drives, Total Under 1TB

This system has worked great for the longest time but all of a sudden its just powering down out of nowhere all the time. Two times today.

My Event Log says

That right beofre it crashes, the FilterManager runs with this info:

File System Filter 'MpFilter' (6.1, ‎2011‎-‎04‎-‎06T16:07:29.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.

Then I get a Critical Error at the same moment or a few seconds later from Kernel-Power stating:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Not really sure what to make of it...I might be actually looking at the wrong information since there are a few other errors and stuff. But if anyone can provide me with some help I'd be extremely thankful!

Thanks in advance! Take care!

More about computer shutting randomly
  1. does it occur more often when doing an intensive task, such as gaming
  2. It usually occurs when I try to load something new. But the cause can vary.

It happened once while I was gaming, once when I pressed F11 to put my browser in full screen, 3 times while opening up 3ds max, and another time when opening up a 3D model.
