Im looking to upgrade my dell e520 from onboard to a mid line graphics card that will do non-hardcore gaming, under $50 and entertainment tasks. Ive stumbled upon a couple cards that im interested in: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150553
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134133

Will I see a greater difference in the GT 520 compared to the GT 240 (because that free COD 4 sounds very inviting)? Or is there a better deal out there that you guys can direct me to?

You would want the 240 out of your current choices. Neither is meant to game with so you will have to live with really lowered settings.

Though important: I had an E510 and I was severely limited to only single slot cards. Make sure the card will fit in your system. Those prebuilts aren't made for upgrades. They want you to buy a new one from them.
