I have been reading here a while and know you all will be helpful here. This is my build. I would like to know if it will work and if possible without sacrificing forward upgrades and the like your opinions please.

Is this for gaming? If so, AMD is not a good cpu for it.

I would not get the PSU. The only good Rosewill PSUs are the Capstone series and the HIVE series. No need for a full tower case unless you want like 4 GPUs. All those fans and LEDs are a waste of $ tbh. Cut down case to HAF 912 and he can afford a Radeon 7850.

Intelhave a definite lead in running games at low resolution where their processor can make insanely high and completely useless FPS

At 1080p there is very little difference between an intel i5 and an FX processor
BUT if you are going to spend that much then buy the intel i5 2500k with a Z68 motherboard

If you want to stay with AMD then a board like the Asus M5A97 evo , running an FX 6200 will game just as well as your more expensive parts . You could even spend the money you save on a better graphics card.
The new 7870 might be within reach .

You do not need a 1000 watt psu . 500 watts will run your build as it is

Arctic silver is not needed either. Nor is the expensive zalman cpu cooler . Beautiful as it is , it is not great at actually cooling things down . Either the CM Hypoer 212 for around $30 or the Scythe Mugen are better choices IMO
