Black out screen

Hello,
Hi, my Pc boots up prefectly, windows rucn 100%, but when I play games,the screen will almost immediatly go black, and, flashing in and out of the game, then eventually go to sleep, not-this problem started before I installed a new screen card, same problems persist, new ram, new power supply, and windows has been reinstalled, the system work perfectly unitl you go into any game, any help please, I am lost for work-screencard 570Ti, this pc was working fine then suddenly this started, the blacking out start immediatly you play a game, replaced screencard,ram,powersupply,and operating system, gpu and cpu heat well withing limits, system is not clocked at all-standard gillettappel@yahoo.com

You have installed the driver? (I know it's silly, but since you don't say, you may forget it to do so). Or you also said that the system is not clocked at all standard. Make everything standard and come back. Good luck .
