Does Ivy Bridge 45W exists?

So, Im trying to get an Ivy Bridge that is less then 65W, Im looking for the 45W with Intel HD4000 but I cant find it anywhere...

The only references I can find to it are about tray packaging, which seems to indicate that it currently is an OEM-only part.

The i3-3xxx should be launching in the next few months, there will be plenty of cheap(er) options for HD4000 once that happens.

I believe it is only sold to OEMs in the US.

I have seen them listed on a couple of websites in the UK, but they do not ship internationally.
