Hi. I have a budget of exactly 1000 dollars Canadian. I'm looking at the following components:

CPU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072
Case: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119227
HD: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136771
GPU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127578
PSU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817104132
RAM: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231427
MoBo: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157230

My concerns are a few things; First, I want to make sure that the PSU will power everything correctly.

Secondly, I'm worried about the power draw from the GPU; is this PSU good enough to run this card?

Third, I just have a question about the longevity of the motherboard; how many generations will it last for light gaming like World of Warcraft and the odd blockbuster title?

Fourth, are my cooling options sufficient, or do I need to invest in some more fans?

Lastly, if you have any suggestions as to how I can save money, please let me know.

Last lastly; Will this run World of Warcraft at 60 FPS in a raid setting with Fraps running on Max Settings @ 1680x1050 resolution? Will it run at least 30 FPS? (All without antialiasing)

Thanks!

Is there a reason you need both 3 PCI and 3 PCIe x1 slots? If not, then you should grab a board with 2 or 3 pcie 2.0 x16 slots so you can do SLI in the future. Try the Extreme3 Gen3 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157271.

And you'll most certainly need a higher wattage power supply in the 620w+ range. Try a SeaSonic 620 or an Earthwatts 650.

If plan on overclocking the CPU (which you could've done with either board), then you'll probably need a better HSF. My personal choice is a Scythe Ninja 3000 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185173, but a run of the mill Hyper 212 evo should be fine. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
