Cat6 RJ45 connectors

Hi all, I have a bunch of cat6e network cables to finish. I have some questions that I need help with.

1. I need to buy some cat6 RJ45 connectors. I went to http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=105&cp_id=10513 and saw that there are cat6 connectors for stranded and solid cables. how do I know what I have?

2. should I wire the colors according to T568A ot T568B?

3. my cables have this writing on them. Are these good or cheep? they have no brand name on them.

568A vs 568B is answered on the cable text. (it would be B)

I wouldn't worry about good/cheap. I think you'll be fine.

Stranded is several smaller wires together inside each plastic shell (like speaker wire generally is), solid would be one solid piece of copper inside each plastic shell.

1) it depends on the wire you are using

2) it does not matter as long you use the same on either side. usually cables you buy use T568B

3) CMR is a good cable rating

ok thanks. how do you know if the individual wires are 100% copper or a mixture of copper and something else?
