A 6850 isn't THAT powerful, so pretty much any current gen CPU from Intel or AMD would be fine (Bulldozer included, although I would recommend a Phenom II X4 965BE before a BD chip).

So the P2 X4 965 can use 100% of that GPU? Will i have additional CPU power for recording gameplay with fraps?

It would definitely be fine for normal gameplay, but as far as recording too goes, you may have to OC it a bit. Recording is more dependent on disk speed than anything else, though.

And about the 965 is it a powerful chip? Compared to bulldozer chips
LOL I don't believe it. I actually thought the athlon was gonna lose in all tests but it beats the 965 in some tests. I guess its good for something after all but not for gaming. Can't properly play crysis on high settings without having slutering. It sometimes freezes and then continues but on some occasions it freezes and i have to restart the PC because it doesn't respond to anything.

LOL, power consumption is the only thing that the Athlon II X3 beats the 965BE at.
Nah, I'm pretty unbiased in my recommendations. (Except when it comes to Bulldozer, LOL)
Well i'd rather not upgrade the CPU than buy a intel pentium. Its like with a car for example: I would certainly rather walk then ever drive one of these again xD. So there's a 100% chance that i will buy the 965 but will it be good for future GPU upgrades like for example HD 7850?
It should be, especially since you can OC it pretty easily.
Though i would probably need an aftermarket cooler for that right? How good is that stock one? I've seen it, its a medium size heatsink with heat pipes but has a wimpy fan and that worries me

Yeah, an aftermarket cooler is definitely recommended for OC'ing. Something like a Hyper 212 Evo would do quite nicely.

1 more question though. About recording, my friend can record gameplay and still have a smooth frame rate with a phenom II 720 unlocked to X4 and a GTX 460. Is the GTX 460 less CPU power hungry?
