Resolution problem

Hello,
i was playing gta san andreas and when i quitted the game my pc screen was distorted to both sides, i couldn't see the start button neither the clock. Tan, I restarted the pc.
after it turned on again it was showing a 4:3 screen with black bars in both sides...i re-installed the graphic cards divers and nothing plz help!!!!

the problem now is that i got back, but dunno how, the 16:9 ratio but 1920x1080 resolution keep strained to the sides, and when i turn the 1080p to 30hz or 29hz it streches to the screen normaly

did you install the latest driver for it from microsoft and check your catalyst settings on flat ssreen in catalyst for numerical hdtv for your screen and choose recommended one

just changed to the other video card plug.... problem fixed
