Forcepr# tripped despite low temps

Hi. I've been running an intel core 2 duo e7200 overclocked for a few years now. It recently starting reaching high temps around 60 and forcepr# would get triggered quite often. So I replaced the case and heat sink and fan and now I idle at 39 degrees and 45 at full load. So now, all of a sudden my system sill triggers forcecpr# even at 34 degrees. It suddenly has to be below this temp for it to run at full speed. Any advice? Thank you.
